VENUE: Crawley Dojo, Tilgate Recreation Centre, Crawley, RH10 5PH.

Adult knockdown squad training is open to male and females 18+.

TIME: TBC

Bring your gi, shinpads, bag gloves, and body protectors.

There will be a high amount of squad sessions which reflects the needs to select squads for tournaments throughout the season including two world tournaments (IFK & KWU).  Those wishing to be considered should plan accordingly.
