Summer Camp participants have the opportunity to attempt a black belt dan grade.

• Grading Technical Assessment 10.30-12.30
• Grading Technical Assessment 15.00-17.30
Sunday 23 August 2026
• Grading Kumite Test 15.00-17.30
All applications must be sent to the Grading Examiner Shihan Liam Keaveney by 8th August.

Students wishing to grade for 2nd Kyu and 1st Kyu may test with the written permission of their dojo operator.
International Applications must obtain written permission, to attempt the grading, from your IFK Country Representative. Click here for a list of Country Representatives.
