U18 (Junior and Cadet) GREAT BRITAIN squad training is open to all members.

Two sessions over the course of 1 day.

Session 1: 10.20-12.20 Technical Fighting Skills and drills.

Session 2: 14.30-17.30 Pads, and sparring drills

VENUE: Felsted School, Essex, England, CM6 3JL

This squad session is open to all U18.

New faces are always welcome.

All students please bring shin pads, mitts, protection equipment and refreshments.
